Hello for the first time in ages! I looked at the calendar and realize it’s been more almost three months since my big move? Wow. How does that even happen?! It’s been a little quiet around here and Instagram, because day to day life has been happening so quickly and suddenly, but in the best ways possible!
I’ve barely had much time to take a breather, but I take the time I have off from work to shop, catch up with family and friends, visit cafes and do some exploring. :) With all this going on (did I mention that I was also wrapping up my thesis over June and July?), my two hobbies of blogging and reading have been put aside too much for my liking!
These photos from my visit to Inspiration Lake (which is an extension of Hong Kong Disneyland) earlier this spring really reflects my wish for a quick breather every once in a while. Because while I wouldn’t change my city lifestyle for anything else, I still enjoy some peace and quiet to balance it all out. :)
I visited Inspiration Lake earlier this spring in March and I consider it one of my favourite places in Hong Kong. During my visit, there were only a few people there, the weather was great and the peacefulness of the place is just wonderful! It’s a 15 minute walk from Hong Kong Disneyland and it’s a huge open park space filled with greenery. A perfect getaway spot from the never ending bustle of Hong Kong’s city life!
While I’ve still been sharing old adventures from Hong Kong on this space, there’s more to share from Singapore as I resettle and explore this city anew! Thanks for dropping by and talk soon. :)
