Hello from Singapore, it’s been a while! It’s been about two weeks since my move to Singapore, and while I am on a short break before starting my new job, I have been spending a lot of time dealing with daily life admin things, writing my thesis (the very final thing of my postgraduate life!), unpacking a ton of stuff while also squeezing in some museum visits, eating and meeting friends both new and old. :) It’s been a packed schedule!
While I’ve moved to Singapore, this blog shall live in Hong Kong for a bit longer, as I catch up with a few more Hong Kong posts I wanted to share and save for the memories. This is one of them. :)
I actually chanced upon this FREE observation deck when I went to the Trick Eye Museum Hong Kong (see my post here) and realise it was just in the open area next to the museum! It’s completely free with wonderful views of Hong Kong and if you just can’t be bothered with queuing/paying for the peak tram experience and going up to the Sky Terrace (which is also pretty awesome), then this observation deck is a great alternative! :) To clarify, this observation deck is located in The Peak Galleria mall, which is next to The Peak (the more notable one with the Peak Tower and sky terrace observation deck).
My sister and I really had fun taking photos along with all the tourists around us and enjoying the late autumn breeze when we visited. I really enjoy places like these because city views from high places rank among my favourite things. :)
