I really enjoy fashion exhibitions and went to check out Prada’s “Pradasphere” last month! I like them mainly because they give me a chance to see these fashion pieces up close, when usually I admire them on magazines and on celebrities through fashion websites. :)
Speaking of fashion exhibitions, around the same time last year, I was in Singapore and I remember checking out Chanel’s “The Little Black Jacket” exhibition which was ongoing at the time and I loved it! My favourite photograph was of Song Hye Kyo on roller skates. :) I actually realised later that it came to Hong Kong in the summer of 2012 but I was studying abroad in Seoul at the time so I missed it!
So as you can see from the photo above, I joined the long queue on a grey Hong Kong day but was lucky enough to escape the rain until I was inside the exhibition! Anyway, here are some snapshots I took inside the exhibition of the pieces that caught my eye. :)
I really enjoyed flipping through the giant books on display at the exhibition, it’s like seeing the same fashion editorials spotted in magazines and on Pinterest, but a bigger and more vivid version!
